We collect and store information needed to operate TradeCashy: account email, username, password hash (or Google account link), referral relationships, connected platform account IDs, cashback and withdrawal records, and basic support messages.

This data is used to provide cashback, referrals, payouts, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Partner platforms may receive information required to verify that your trading or purchase account is linked to TradeCashy (for example account UID). Do not send us unnecessary personal documents or secrets such as passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

You can request account-related data questions through the Contact page. We may retain records required for security, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as verified email) from Google according to their policies and your Google account settings.

If you opt in, we may email TradeCashy news, new offers, and product updates. This is optional. You can turn it off in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in the email. Welcome, platform status, cashback ready, withdrawal, and password reset emails can still be sent when needed.
